AVOID THIS PLACE!! The room was filthy when I entered, I'm sure it was somebody else's room. I spent 2 hours on the phone with 訂房網站.com and they could not get a hold of anyone at the facility. It's not a hotel, it's just a bunch of rooms that you use a code to get in. That is a fine set up, but not good when there is nobody to help you. See the pictures of the horribly soiled sheets and dirty bathroom. AVOID THIS PLACE.

大家慎重選擇吧 1.估計前房東已經不幹了，現在是無主賓館，電話是沒人接聽的，衹能現場掃碼加微信拿房間密碼，所以凌晨半夜到的兄弟姐妹很可能聯繫不上房東 2.就算加上了現在的房東微信，也順利入住了，但 wifi 是沒網絡的，我整晚都用自己的流量，而且賓館大門的鎖是壞的，一拉就開，不需要密碼，所以人和外界就衹有一道房門隔著。膽子小的還是挑別的吧 3.房東是你入住後就完全不管事的了，發生什麼事你都聯繫不上人解決 4.床上四件套都是南方回南天潮濕後的發黴產物，他也不換 5.沒有隔音，半夜隔壁房間回來輸密碼的聲音能把你嚇醒除了位置好一無是處的賓館😅

Location is near Jordan station. There are 2 recommended food around the hotel; Mak man kee noodles and Kai Kai dessert. The room is small as hong kong style and not cleanliness at all.

No cuenta con ascensor, solo puras escaleras estrechas. Nadie, nadie me recibió ni me ayudocon las valijas. Tuve que llamar al dueño para que me diera las claves y poder entrar. Apenas entré, me dio arcadas ver la suciedad y el olor que tenía la habitación. La cama estaba como si alguien recién se hubiera levantado. Había muchos pelos🤮🤮🤮 Todo: sábanas,acolchado, almohadas, colchón, funda de la almohada tenían manchas naranjas, hongos verdes y azules además de pelos. Le pedí al dueño si me pedía cambiar las cosas de la cama y me dijo que fuera de la habitación Había cosas para cambiar.... también estaban sucias. Literalmente ponen las sábanas usadas en bolsas tipo lavadero para disimular que son limpias, pelo el olor y las manchas amarillas los delatan En asco Nunca más

Location is good, with plenty of eating places and convenient stores around the building. Jordan MTR station is just a short distance away. Staff is friendly and helpful. Wifi and facilities in the room all working well. Instructions for Wifi connnection and WeChat contact were on a piece of paper attached to the door, so quite easy to contact the staff/owner for checking in.

Hong Kong style, the room is dark small old and hot even with the « AC » on, the wifi was not working , there were ants in the bathroom and what looks like cockroach running down the floor at night in the room, no lift/elevator so need to take the stairs with your suitcase. Its bearable for the Price and one night before your train/plane. The real good point was the super nice lady that welcome me in :)

網上拍的照片富麗別墅其實就是破舊套房改了三個小房間，房間設施差，特別是老闆電話不接、微信不回，坐在門口樓梯台階上等了好幾個小時。這是我出遊人生最難忘的一次旅行⋯⋯

The WiFi didn’t work. They said they were fixing. I came back in a couple hours and it still didn’t work and then then ignored me. Tried to contact them multiple times in the evening but to reply. So I didn’t have WiFi the whole time. And since they ignored me I think they knew but didn’t want to bother fixing it.
